As a web-based tour operator, providing a bespoke tailor-made service dealing directly with you the client, we are not required to share our commissions with other agents or operators, and as such we can always offer the most competitive price structure. The rates for our itineraries are generally 5-15% cheaper than if you were to book your itinerary direct or booking through other agents.

A rack rate is a rate a hotel would offer you if you approached them directly.

Trust Tours And Safaris Company Limited does not raise a card surcharge should you wish to pay via credit card.
We aim to give you a comprehensive quotation covering all expenses that you might incur on your trip so that there are no surprises and no hidden costs.
Package Rates. Clients often ask why we are unable to itemise our services. The reason is that we are bound by our rate contracts which prevent us from disclosing individual rates.
In order to pass on itinerary discounts to our clients, we are not permitted to disclose an individual rate, nor are we permitted to sell a stand-alone product below the public rate.
By quoting you a package rate, we are able to offer a rate for your itinerary that is far better than any you would get if you booked your itinerary direct.
The expert destination and product knowledge provided by our personal travel planners is, therefore, a value-added service which is not charged for. As a result, our business model is different from other operators that add a service fee to the accommodation rate. By contracting and selling direct, we are able to pass on routine discounts. Group Kilimanjaro Trekking
Our group trekking features only the best routes on Mount Kilimanjaro: 9 days Northern Circuit, 8-day Lemosho, 7 days Rongai, and 7 days Machame. These group climbs are scheduled during months that have the best weather and include acclimatization days for increased success rates.

The arrival dates and departure dates are posted above, with the climb days in between (i.e., arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport on January 2, climb from January 3 to January 11, depart on January 12).
All prices are in USD. Our groups are limited to 16 climbers. These climbs are ideal for solo climbers, couples, or anyone who would like to share the Kilimanjaro experience with friendly, like-minded people from around the world. Our groups are typically comprised of a majority of Americans, with a 50% male/50% female split. However, nearly every group also has a substantial number of international participants from English-speaking countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Group trips are guaranteed to depart, regardless of the number of climbers.
Private Kilimanjaro Climbs
For those who want to climb on different dates or routes than our group departures, we offer private climbs. Private climbs are also for those who would like to keep the group size small to have a more intimate experience on the mountain. Climbers with children or special needs are required to book private climbs for increased individual attention from our guides.
We can organize private climbs on any route, for any length, on any dates, for any size group, subject to staff availability. We fill to capacity many months ahead of time during the high season, so reserve your dates as soon as possible.

There is a $200 per person discount for Kilimanjaro climbs during the low season (April, May, and November). However, due to the high probability of rainy conditions, only experienced backpackers should consider climbing in these months. Additionally, we do not operate Shira, Lemosho, and Northern Circuit at this time because the rains prevent vehicle access to the trailheads.

- · Pick-up and drop-off at Kilimanjaro International Airport;
- · Transfer to the trailhead - entry gate to Kilimanjaro National Park;
- · Pick up at the exit from Kilimanjaro National Park and transfer to the hotel;
Entry fees: - All park fees are collected by the Kilimanjaro National Park (conservation fees, camping fees, crew fees, vehicle fees, rescue fees, and all other fees collected by the Tanzania National Parks Authority).
Accommodation: - One night at 3* hotel (Kibo Palace Hotel or Sheraton Hotel) before the expedition and one night after; The hotels have everything for your comfortable stay - caring staff, nice rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a swimming pool);
- Tented accommodation on Mount Kilimanjaro.
Please note: All accommodation is on sharing basis (i.e. you will be sharing with your travel companion a twin/double room in the hotel and a tent during the hike. If you travel alone, we will match you with a same-sex adventurer).
Meals: - Breakfast in the hotel before and after the hike;
- All meals on the hike. Our Kilimanjaro diet includes energy-rich and highly nutritious meals prepared by our professional high-altitude cooks. A typical diet on Kilimanjaro includes different soups, garnishes, several types of fish and meat, fresh fruit, and vegetables; vegetarian/gluten-free/halal options are available at no extra cost;
- All drinks on the hike (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water).
Hiking and safety equipment - 4-inch (10-cm) thick and comfortable sleeping mats;
- All group equipment (spacious and comfortable dining tent, camping table and chairs, crockery, and cutlery);
- Oxygen cylinders and oximeters;
- · GPS-tracking service;
- · Complete medical kits.
- Climbing crew:
- · Professional guides, licensed by Kilimanjaro National Park. All our guides are holders of Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness First Aid certifications. All our guides have 7+years of successful mountaineering experience;

- International Travel Insurance
- Tanzania Visa: $50 per person on arrival.
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
