Day 0: Transfer to Arusha
Karibu Sana/Welcome to
Tanzania. You will be met on arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, then transferred
to Lake Duluti Serena Lodge or similar accommodation for dinner
and overnight.
Day 1: Tarangire National Park
After your breakfast, you will
depart for Tarangire National Park, expect to stop at a convenience store to
purchase any goods you would like for the safari at your own expense. You will
arrive at Tarangire National Park which offers breathtaking views and a large
variety of habitats. You will enjoy a bush lunch in Tarangire and proceed with an
afternoon game drive, your evening and overnight will be at Tarangire Sopa
Lodge or similar accommodation.
Day 2: Lake Manyara National
Park
After your breakfast, you will
depart for Lake Manyara National Park, expect to stop at a convenience store to
purchase any goods you would like for the safari at your own expense. You will
arrive at Lake Manyara National Park which offers breathtaking views and a large
variety of habitats. This small Park is able to support a large number of
animal species and incredible birdlife. Manyara has the largest concentration
of baboons anywhere in the world and the lions here are also renowned for their
tree climbing. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge
Day 3: Serengeti National
Park
After breakfast, you will
depart from your camp and head to Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful
high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will
enjoy your lunch in Serengeti, then proceed with an afternoon game drive then
head to the camp for your evening and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge
Day 4: Serengeti National
Park
After an early breakfast, you
will depart for a morning game drive in the Serengeti, then enjoy your lunch
viewing the annual wildebeest migration. After your lunch, you enjoy an
afternoon and evening game drive before heading back to the camp for the
evening and overnight.
Day 5:Serengeti National Park
– Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we pack our
belonging then enjoy an early morning game drive and then depart for
Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will stop over at Oldupai Gorge to enjoy the archaeological history of the discovered skulls of the handyman which share
the human evolution record. You will enjoy your evening and overnight
at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
– Arusha – Airport
After an early breakfast, you
will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Another big draw
card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators,
which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopard,
which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. You will enjoy a bush lunch in
the caldera, then later in the evening will be transferred back to Arusha
or the Airport as specified.
